RETURNS and CREDITES
Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or (562) 926-8758 within 14 days of the shipment date. If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. All orders shipped via UPS will be subject to UPS Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments. In order for us to process your return effectively, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RMA") before sending anything back. To request an RMA, please contact Customer Service at email@example.com. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Do not return any merchandise without a RMA. "Closeout" area products purchased are "final sales" and can not be returned. Note: Items not purchased from HIBALY are not eligible to be returned. You can buy with the confidence that if you have selected the wrong product, or the product does not perform to your expectations, you may return it for full credit on your credit card (minus shipping charges & 20% restocking fee), within 30 days. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original method of payment. Shipping Charges are not refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10-15 business days of our receiving your returned product. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. This policy is strictly enforced. An order of customized garments or items that has been screen printed or embroidered cannot be returned because we cannot return the items to our wholesale distributors. If your final product arrives and you believe it is different than what you signed off on, please contact your sales representative immediately. We will review the complete order with an internal investigation and determine if your instance qualifies for an order reproduction.
Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a track able carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or other internationally recognized delivery service with tracking information. Returns must be sent to:

NOTE: please remember, we are not liable for lost or untraceable return packages that you ship back to us. You must submit tracking numbers for every package shipped to our returns department by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase. A return may void a multiple purchase discount.
HIBALY is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above. Please discuss any additional questions you may have with a customer service representative when you contact us for an RMA. Please note that special orders and closeout items have no return policy. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
HIBALY does not refund any shipping costs we may have incurred and/or charged a customer. Any returned "free ship" item would have HIBALY shipping costs deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for all "to" and "from" shipping charges associated with shipping warranty items to HIBALY and back to the customer. Customers will only be refunded the shipping charges if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part. Otherwise, qualified refunds will be credited the purchase price, minus the actual shipping charges incurred in initially shipping the item to you.
Cancellations should be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Any Orders cancelled later than 24 hours after purchase are subject to a 15% order cancellation fee.
Waiver of purchase:
Under the legislation, waiver is applicable only purchase individual customers.
Thus, the customer is entitled to written notice to the trader that waive the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 working days of receipt of product or in respect of supplies from the contract.
Waiver of purchase within 10 days can only apply for products delivered by courier. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered.
Return costs will be borne by the customer and product reimbursement will be made within 14 days of the return.
If the product is returned in a condition that can not be sold in the same market conditions, we reserve the right to charge a fee to restore the initial stage (if possible) or to cover the difference in price resulting from the sale of product a different degree or at customer's option, we will resend product at your expense. This clause applies according O.G. 130/2000, for the purchase of products from this site using distance communication techniques, applying the definitions in GO 130/2000 Art. 2 lit.e.
